- Lenskart sold me two Gold Membership and denied to refund one on my request Closed

Hello Team,
I am Sathya Murthy Gururajan (+************)and have recently placed two orders on Lenskart, one directly at the store and one via Lenskart application. The order numbers are ********** & ********** and the Gold Membership was applied on both the orders.
I didn't ask for refund on Gold Membership on both the orders, I requested only to cancel one because how can they sell me two Gold Membership of same features. In application they provided, i failed to notice it's charged twice but asking for refund of one by cancellation is fair. They impose to get the membership irrespective of customers will in such case.
Now i cancelled both the orders (inline with the policy) but they have charged ****rs for two Gold Membership. Now Lenskart looted that money from me even without buying product from them.
