- Lenskart cheating people with fake ads Luring people to buy their membership and not delivering the Closed
I Purchased Lenskart Pro Membership on ** December with order id: ********** which Includes First Pair Free Along With Anti Glare Lenses As Promised By Them. But When We Try To Add Anti Glare Lenses To The Pair, It Asks **/- Extra Over And Above The Membership Fees. When Contacted Customer Care, They Said That This Is The Tax That They Are Collecting, But It Is To Be Noticed That It Is Nowhere Mentioned That It Is The Tax Which Is Being Collected, It Clearly States That It Is Price For Lens Package.
I again contacted them and then they said that the terms and conditions have been changed but I can not see even till this date that they have changed the terms. Their offer still states that first frame along with Anti Glare lens is free.
Cheaters they are.
I received the following reply from Lenskart: We completely understand your point and would like to inform you that we have exceptionally credited LK Cash for the difference amount of Rs.** to your Lenskart wallet, please do have a look.
If anybody has ever ordered from Lenskart, they must be knowing that the company has already stopped the LK Cash program and it is of no use for anyone. These Lenskart people are so cheats. They think nobody is smarter than them.
They don’t know something like consumer court exists for people like them.
They must better be dragged to consumer court.
