DTDC - LED TV Display Damaged through DTDC Courier

I've couriered Sony bravia LED TV through DTDC from pin-****** to ******. When received, display found to be damaged. I tried to reach the DTDC courier partner for this, he refuses to entertain. While right from the start of the process, i've been telling them to handle and carry it carefully, they ignored my requests and even carried the tv on a bicycle. I've ask them to do a proper insurance, which he has not done that i came to know when i contacted him after the damage. Instead they have told me to pay for a wooden box in extra for proper packaging, which i've paid, still no support from them after the damage.
I am seeking support for this as nobody is ready to listen my complaint. Tracking number was D********
