I ordered two lens on **th of July , my order was created and processing the next day I got a call from lenskart executive asking me to select a different lens because the power couldn't not be added in one of my lens then I made a new order for one lens the day I ordered lens it got dispatched so early at evening by air but the second lens was is on processing I got one lens on time but the other one was not yet dispatched I made complain to lenskart about it then they dispatched my another lens which came on **th of August which was incomplete too there was no aqua solution as told by lenskart , after receiving I made a complain about it the customer service they told me that they will not send me my aqua solution and they also asked me to place a new order through them and to pay *** for new aqua solution I requested them but they told me to return the product

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
