- KIA denied warranty on faulty clutch Open

I own a KIA carens Diesel Manual Transmission Variant. My Vehicle clocked nearly ***** Km. There was issue with gear shifting in reverse gear and *st gear. I had left my car at KUN KIA Arumbakkam, Chennai for repaid on * July **** morning. On *th July **** they said that there was a problem with Clutch cover assembly, and we are moving for warranty replacement. On * July **** morning they called and said your clutch is worn out and you will have to pay and replace. I have used several vehicles Like Maruti, TATA, Toyota and Renault , each had been used for more that * lakh Km and they all gave a good clutch life of more than * Lakh Km and some even gave *.* lakh km life. Here i cant accept any of these and asked for picture, till the time posting this complaint, i haven't received a single pic of my car or the faulty parts. This is nothing but cheating the customers. Dont know how Govt is allowing such unreliable Brands to sell their unreliable cars in India. Govt should take serious steps and frame some rules for making cars more reliable in India
