I ordered a Bluetooth spI ordered a Bluetooth speaker...it came after a month. It was so light weighted so I recorded myself opening it.
The package only had charger. So immediately wrote it Amazon customer service. They said they would investigate further. After * days they said there will be no refunds or replacement. So I chatted with Amazon customer service again the guy said " refund will happen in * to * days" that evening I got email saying that there won't be any refunds !!
I sent them the proof too

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
