- Issues in Cancelling the byjus monthly emi Open

I enrolled my brother in byjus tablet mode course for Rs*****. After attending the sessions for some time, i noticed that my brother was performing poorly in school, he got lowest marks compared to what he would get before when we was going for private tutoring. Along the way he faced issues with the tablet performance, it's very slow, takes lot of time to log into the online class.He was not able to unmute during the sessions. It happened just after **-** days of purchasing the tablet . The product is of low quality i spent Rs **** on purchasing it. Now I wish to discontinue the monthly emi . I called byjus support team and talked to them regarding this but didn't get back to me. Also I wrote a mail to cancellations@byjus.com. They are not giving any response to my request of cancellation of emi.The next emi pay cut is on * th of February. I don't want my money to be deducted from my account.Please kindly look into it.
