- Issue with OnePlus Services not replacing the nonworking TV Remote since last 2 months Closed

I have raised complaint many times to OnePlus team regarding My remote to replace as it's not working And I have purchased OnePlus TV * months back and it's on extended warranty of * years.
Everytime I have raised a complaint via email and WhatsApp but all the executives every time assure me to resolve in *-* days but issue still unresolved for last * months. I can't follow-up for whole life but they are not understanding this.
This is ridiculous and now I am thinking why I have purchased one Plus TV if they can't provide appropriate service.
Shameful services. I have attached whole chain email for kind perusal.
