Complaint filed against: Amazon India
According to amazon 'They encountered an issue with your account, and have removed your access to this account because the card issuer has refused to confirm your name and billing address', at the very first time they asked the same confirmation for "Master Card ending in 84", which later changed into "card VISA ending in 39" , later once again to "Master Card ending in 84", even for "Master Card ending in 79" .
Even after replying to every emails from the account specialist, amazon haven't even solve the issue with my account as well as they even haven't showed/provide me the details of that specific suspicious order.
As I don't have any credit card with me, had told the same to the amazon team on calls, chat as well as email .
Resolution Demanded: An apology letter from company official
