- Issue with AC servicing Open

Hi Urban Team,
I have opted servicing two ACs at Surat, Gujarat one of which - Bluestar started no cooling issue post servicing, hence didn't provide feedback even though technician insisted. Later on **/** raised concern through Urban app and scheduled re-visit of the same technician and he said there's leakage. There's another request raised on request of Mr. Devashish Rajpal and new technician reported different issues on **/**. This technician visit has been cancelled on request of technician as he would have been penalized as he arrived late, this has also been informed to Mr. Devashish, then the one reported by earlier technician to replace condenser. Mr. Devashish Rajpal of Urban Company is aware about the issue and reported all issues to him. The service is covered under warranty of ** days. As both the technicians have different opinions on the issue. We are calling Bluestar person for diagnosing the issue. As per conversation with Mr. Devashish, I have informed him that Urban company needs to pay the amount of visiting Bluestar technician and also need to pay any cost with respect to issue with split A/C and outlet as it's been operated by Urban Company Technician.
Sending this in writing to make aware Urban Company's liabilities as per warranty opted as customer.
