My gyeser wwas not heating the water. The professional changed the heating element, but broken something inside the tank and now the tank is leaking water. The gyeser is unusable now because of this leakage issue. Urban company denies to provide the protection claim that they advertise.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
