Nitin Jain filed complaint against Lenskart on Apr 15, 2019
I purchased sunglasses of John Jacobs brand from Kalkaji Delhi store having Model No. JJ****. Yesterday, when I pick my sunglasses to wear I found it's frame, got open and * glass removed from the frame and to fix the same I visited Lenskart Kalkaji Delhi store where one of the executives try to fix it but he was not able to fix and he told me to get it to fix from local optical store for which I argued then he told me to left the sunglass for repairing. I just called Kalkaji store to inquire the status I got to know that it is not repairable.
I also lodge the complaint about this issue on customer care, twitter and wrote an email to them and now I got to know since it's a breakage hence it's not covered in the warranty.
Did you guys ever listen that sunglasses frame screw got break? It's a clearly a manufacturing defect which Lenskart not accepting.
