Subramanian filed complaint against Orange Tours and Travels on Sep 27, 2023
I wish to draw and focus your mind on the unworthy and unwarranted behavior of bus or employees working under the bus i booked. I booked the bus to Kochi from Chennai on **th Sep **** via Redbus app.The bus got broke down and there werr no action taken from their end. When I called the travels they treat me with complete disgust, disregard, Disguise, and hated. They behaved with me insolently and use unparliamentary languages. Also was not sentenced with a back up plan which made me and other passengers to stand on the road for * hours. We got the same response from Redbus team.
It is my humble suggestion that these kinds of bus owners and the employees need moral and traffic training. They may be taught the very first lesson of civility. Also requesting you to kindly provide a compensation for the difficulty faced.
