Irresponsible and unresponsive behavior of customer care and the seller Open

I had wasted by time and mental peace talking to customer care of Amazon. Pathetic service not willing to resolve issue speaks like Robots as feed to them. Amazon is non transparent in any issue. I have refund pending since Sep 2017 not cleared about them yet. Customer care is very very incapable to understand anything. Basic language is not understood by them, They can't differentiate between NO or Yes. It took me 7 mails and 8-9 chats but still my issue is not solved. Very bad ways to resolve problems. No response and respect to customers time. Its takes them yrs. to respond if you chat to them and with the blink of eye they drop your chat. The system designed for customer grievance redressal is sick and pathetic. Not excepting faults not taking responsibility of Seller. Not contacting him and taking actions for the order. Also they generated multiple order and created fake orders of my one Order. Again not expected the fault. I have made soo many complaints about Amazon Delivery agents. Never ever it was solved. The Delivery person calls like a mad person and when he wishes to he will deliver at that time...Mostly its 9 am in the morning. In-spite of shopping very frequently with them they never tried to resolve this issue and take feedback. Order# 402-6746422-8288340 was made to order by me on request of their customer care executive committing that there will be no problem in it but they have repetitively had send damaged product with Hard Tags. I want full resolution of this issue to my satisfaction level. And want refund for my damage.
Resolution Demanded: An apology letter from company official, Get refund or credit for your purchase, Get service/product replaced or fixed for free, Get damages for financial loss and mental agony
