The problem started on *st of April ****. The You broadband connection at my residence started disconnecting every *-* minutes continuously and I had to login for my work from home. During this lockdown, this was the only way I could get on to my work routine. I raised a complaint through their APP on *nd April which was not resolved but closed from ISP end. I dropped an email to the customer care on ** April **** **:** explaining the issue, but got no resolution form that. I sent them a reminder on *th & *th April but to no avail. After waiting more, I escalated to the nodal authority (through email) on
Apr **, ****, **:** PM. Around this time the internet connection stopped working at all. There is no working internet connection till now. I have my plan active till **th April but since last ** days or so I am using my mobile network to connect to do my office work. I understand that during lockdown it is not easy for an ISP to resolve an SR but ** days is still a very long time to fix an issue given that people have internet as their saviors around this time.
