I paid the prepaid amount on **th December **** through online, when my account balance got expired last month. Post payment call was made to customer care and it was promised that within * working hours the amount will reflect in my account and the connection will get activated. After ** hours also the connection did not get activated. I got a call from one representative and he said online payments are not working properly, and may take time, whereas with Cash payment the account can be activated immediately. I called the representative and paid cash (*nd time payment). The connection got activated in * mins after the payment made. He also said that the Payment voucher will come to my mail and the payment made online will be carried forwarded to next month (assurance of NIL money loss). I did not get the payment voucher neither for the online payment nor for the offline/cash till date. In fact when checked I found no such payment vouchers were given ever to me in past. But I was not having any issue as internet was working fine for one month without any Hassle. Now again the connection got deactivated. For last * days customer care is saying that the issue will be resolved in * working hours and the result is ZERO. With this experience I understood that "This service provider does not care the value of customers". I want immediate action by activating my account or return back my prepaid amount and disconnection.
