I have taken internet connection from excitel broadband private limited for three months period. I have paid **** for three months. Within a week I am not getting proper service. The connection is lost so many times. I am giving a complaint twice a week on the connectivity issue. Paying money and no use of this service. Have I gone outside for the internet? I complained so many times to the customer service support and also told that I will approach consumer court. These people don't give value to customers. I am totally dissatisfied with service. They have wasted my money and time.
