I BOOKED INTERNET CONNECTION FROM HATHWAY BROADBAND ON **-**-**** FOR MY HOUSE.I PROVIDED ALL DOCUMENTS THEU ASKED ONLINE.THEY TOLD THEY WILL GIVE CONNECTION WITHIN ** HOURS AFTER PAYMENT.I PAID THE AMOUNT THROUG THE LINK PROVIDED BY THEM.ONTHE NEXT DAY MANY TIME I CALLED THEM.AFTER ** HOURS THEIR TECHNITIAN CAME ,SAW MY HOUSE AND TOLD IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO GIVE CONNECTION,TELLING NO FEASIBILITY.HE TOLD HE WILL TELL HIS SUPERIOR TO CANCEL MY REQUEST.BECAUSE OF THIS INCIDENT I LOST MY STUDENS WHOM I TOLD I WILL TEACH ONLINE.MY QUESTION IS WHEN THERE IS NO FEASIBILITY,HOW THEY ACCEPTED MY REQUEST AND TOOK PAYMENT EARLY.I AM VERY MUCH DISAPPOINTED.
