Flight was from Rpr to Bkk and travel time was * hrs with calcutta as transit. my base location to nearest airport is *** kms. I am receiving call from airline at last moment as flight is cancelled and opt for plan B where minimum choice was ** hrs. I have to sit whole night at Airport just because of there excuse. Also Tried to reach out airline and they are very clear that we will not do anything do whatever you want to do. Here MMT has been most irresponsible as I have purchased insurance and Ticket from mmt and not airline and they are not interested in solving any issue.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
