Dear sir
my name Ranjeet singh, im booked KLM Airline flight from del to quito through Goibibo Agent Booking Id: MYSMF*********Booked on Tue, Jan **, ****. but at the airport airline Desk checking my whole documents then they dont given me permission to fly and denied my boarding pass. and they said your ticket full refund . but now KLM airline and my Goibibo agent said you are not eligible for refund . but my ticket was full refundable. Goibibo agent says me that KLM Airline does not provide any remarks to us for refund . so please help me
