- Incorrect ticket booked Open
On **th May I booked a ticket to Del-Mum-Del and after making the payment I got an email ticket of Mum-Del-Mum. The moment I received an email I called their customer service. Their customer support is terrible. They told me that I will have to cancel these tickets and book a new one. I was literally shaken I asked for a supervisor and supervisor named Kshitijj spoke to me and got my MUM-DEL ticket date changed and I had to pay another *** Rs to get the date changed. The ticket from DEL-MUM did not get changed and they were asking me to pay another **** Rs. I paid ****+*** already and now another ****. I refused and I told the supervisor that it isn’t my fault. He asked me to send the screenshot of my laptop history which clearly shows that the ticket was booked for DEL-MUM-DEL even after that they did not agree and send me an email that their system shows it was my fault. Then I have replied to their customer support email but there was no reply. I called them almost ** times. Their representative used to say whether the supervisor is on another call or they will call back which they never did. Then again I called today and I was been told by the supervisor Kshitijj that I will get a waiver of their convenience fees after they asked me to cancel my ticket. I request you to take some action against this incident because it’s not about money anymore but what a fraud this company is doing to make money by fooling people.
