- Incorrect Refund Amount Claim Open
I purchased a refundable ticket from Intermiles with value added product pertaining to cancellation of ticket as well. For some personal reason I couldn't travel & decided to cancel the ticket & the problem started with incorrect information on my refund amount. They have credited inaccurate amount in my credit card & have escalated the matter but it's been unprofessional & disappointing experience in dealing .
