Goibibo India Private Limited - Incorrect bookings done

I made a booking through Goibibo online portal for my international travel from Bali to Pune (DPS-PNQ) on *th April ****. Attached is the screenshot on what was shown to me on the website. The booking was confirmed and I also received an email for the same. I received the e-ticket in the email which was exactly as per the itinerary which was shown to me while I made the booking. I thought it was all sorted. However, I noticed that the address on the e-ticket was 'Riyadh, Saudi Arabia'. I called the customer support about the incorrect address.
They told me that the flight which I have booked does not follow the itinerary which was shown on the ticket.
The flight from DPS to PNQ does not go from SIN. It goes via KUL. This came as a shock to me because I possess a valid Singapore Visa and that was the reason I had booked the flight via SIN. The amount of approx. **k was already deducted from my account. Now the customer care does not seem to tell me any solution other than cancelling the ticket and getting a full refund. They must not have thrown the options which were primarily incorrect. I would like to sue them towards compensation for hiding their mistakes under the name of a technical glitch.
