Regrettably, our experience with this order has been unsatisfactory, primarily concerning delivery, product quality, and customer representative services. The attached invoice (Invoice No. REGM-*****) outlines the details of the order.
To elaborate, we have encountered an issue where we received only * Bajaj Fan out of the * that were ordered. Despite reaching out to your customer care service via both phone and chat immediately upon discovery, we have yet to receive a resolution.
Compounding the matter, there has been no response from your end regarding the scheduled pickup of the incorrect items, resulting in our funds being tied up.
I kindly request your immediate attention to rectify this situation. Please arrange for the pickup of the incomplet order. Additionally, I urge you to promptly process a refund of totaling Rs. *,***/- (Five Thousand Four Hundred Ninety Seven Only).
