zomato food app
- I was promised a refund and didn t recieve it Closed
I ordered food from a restaurant and after ** mins I received a call from the delivery guy saying his vehicle was punchered and he had to get that repaired so immediately msged the customer care saying I ordered a roll which when recieved late would not be good to eat as it will be soggy and that with this corona situation going on I m not comfortable recieving an order that is delayed to over an hour and then the delivery guy going to a puncher shop... So I wanted to cancel the order and wanted a refund for the same... They analysed the situation and spoke to the delivery guy and told me that I would be recieving a refund in the form of Zomato credit... I have not received it.....
