I don't remember order ID.
I've shared the video of the tab and how I've been facing issues.
I've received a call & the person is saying I've to pay the balance amount and then he will replace with refurbished tab.
I didn't accept it.
My program had offered me a brand new tab and why I've to agree for refurbished.
It's not a resolution.
I only accept any one of * resolutions
*. I've lost ** months of time and have chased Byjus and have been chasing now. I need extension of that period and i need an extra set of books.
Or
*. Your person promised me more than **% discount on September and his name is Yugal. That means Byjus have to pay me extra money. So settle my EMI
Or
*. Replace with brand new tab and extend the time period which I've lost because of your faulty tab.
