I have booked GoAir G*-*** flight from Pune to Nagpur on Goibibo App on date ** sep ****. I received call and email from airlines on ** sep **** that my flight is non-operational and got cancelled by Airlines.I tried to contact customer support of Goibibo and GoAir for the same but they have automated call service not in person agent is available. I have raised refund request on ** sep only but I have not received any refund yet. Its been more than ** days but no call or refund from GoIbibo end.
