Ease my trip - I didn t get my full refund

I am priest serving in kerala church. I had booked a flight for my family for the **st of October using ease my trip application online. I booked on indigo flight by paying extra cash for zero cancellation policy.
But when i cancelled my trip i got only **** which is half the money ease my trip owes me. I was asked to file an insurance claim. Then i was asked to apply for the refund through their website which i did. Then they asked me to do it through a desktop. Which i obliged.
From the **th of October till today i had called them about ** times. Used their whatsapp chatbox atleast *** times. I am now really medically sick and deprived of sleep as i am constantly toled by ease of trip to wait infinitely on their chats. They had made my lufe a hell. I am robed of my hard earned money. My family life had been disturbed due to it as i am deprived of my funds. My spiritual life had been broken because of this experience.
Please help me to get my refund and i claim funds as compensation for the. Mental stress caused to me by this horrid experience.
