It's been a month now, that I have been following up with the customer care team of Easemytrip. I have furnished pictures of the property as well which clearly show that the place is a dungeon. However, I have not received a single update our refund from them. Thus is the worst service. In such difficult times every penny is important and these guys are unable to help us with what is rightfully ours.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
