Goibibo India Private Limited - Hotel room not provided by Goibibo even after advance booking with full payment.. cheating by Goibib

Dear Sir,
This is regarding the cheating and fraud done by one tour&travel company GOIBIBO.(ref no-HTLFWGQBRZ
I have booked one hotel in Pondicherry for **th jan **** through my mob app and payment done accordingly for booking one room at Raj residency at Pondicherry for ** jan ****. Around **.** on **th-jan, i called hotel to understand the location the hotel person told me that there is no booking for you better you contact Goibibo. Than i called customer care of Goibibo and they kept me on hold for a long time and informed me that they will call me back after ** min. I was waiting for the call but no call received from their executives. Again i called and got the same reply. After * to * call finally the goibibo executive told that you will get the room , you can go and check in. After reaching Pondicherry again i called hotel and this time the hotel person humiliated me and said no booking done for you, get lost and don't call again and again, i already informed you the status.

Again i called goibibo executive this time they kept me on hold for around *hour, i was roaming on road and fully wet due to sweating. I was waiting for some alternate arrangements or same accommodation by Goibibo, due to this situation i couldn't able to take food and caused mental&physical stress and till evening i was talking to them without any accommodation.

After a long conversation and my repeated request no seniors officails came to solve my issue. I requested them to provide me some alternate hotel but GOIBIBO has refused to do so but with no shame they told me that you can find out some hotel by your own upto ****rs and we will pay you the difference amount.

Finally i returned back and after long search i got one hotel some how at very high price. Before that i made almost ** calls to help me as due to Republic day holiday and next day was Sunday i was not able to get any hotel. Every time whenever i called them ,they said we will call you back but no call came from GOIBIBO side. Around *.** one executive called me to know my situation and asked finally whether i got any hotel or not and offered me refund of my money.

Than next day i.e on sunday Goibibo executive called me and offered me Rs**** as compensation and same thing was offered to me later on by their e-mails. I have all the e-mails and communication which i can provide you for reference. Company also keep recorded conversation with their customers. I have logged a complaint for the same in government of indian public grivance portal with registration no DTOUR/E/****/*****, dated **th jan ****.

I request you please look into the matter and provide me solution for cheating and fraud to me by Goibibo and the humiliation faced and spoiling my holiday.
