Goibibo India Private Limited - Hotel check In denied by hotel management

I had booked this hotel for ***₹ for a day on Goibibo App. I went to the hotel reception and told him that I have a booking. He then picked up a tab and checked for the bookings. But my booking did not reflect in his device. Then he started saying in a rude way that there's no booking by your name. I tried to show him my booking invoice which I had received from Goibibo. He was not even ready to see my phone and he was talking so rudely saying I cannot give room until your booking displays in my tab. Later I said to him to refresh the device and he was not even ready for that. Later after some time, the booking reflected in his device. Then I told him to let me check-in at least now then that guy was like
"Oyo wale room nahi hai" then I was like "how can you say that? If rooms are not available how the room got booked?"
Then he starting saying no there are no Oyo rooms available we cannot give. Despite there were rooms available. He refused just because I had paid ***₹ and I started arguing because the room was already booked. But the hotelier denied saying there are no Oyo rooms but you can take other rooms for which you need to pay ₹****. Then I said you have to give me a room or else I will talk to Goibibo. Then he said that they don't have any tie-up with the hotel. Later I said then call Goibibo and ask them why the hell have they listed your hotel then he said I won't call do whatever you want to do. I was helpless. They started harassing me and the receptionist and others started hitting me and using bad words. I escaped anyhow from there.
