Yesterday I had booked a hotel for three nights stay in Kolkata through Goibibo. On **-**-****, I had called to hotel caretaker-**********, they denied to check in because electricity is not available at the hotel at **.** night. Hotel caretaker was confirmed to OYO to this problem.
The whole night I was calling to OYO -********** (night **:** to *:** am on my mobile) but nobody help to me at that time and the whole night I stayed on road the whole night. So I am very unhappy with Goibibo and Oyo service. Request you to please help me in getting the refund of my full amount. Because this is not my fault, that is their poor services.
