Go Ibibio - hotel booking issues

our booking at the hotel was on *th jan till **thjan**,upon arrival at the hotel we showed our booking number at the reception but our booking was not recieved by the hotel from goibibo as said by the reception staff, so we paid ***dhms as the deposit to checkin and we have booked a room for * person but the next day when the problem was solved by the goibibo team we r again told to pay money by the receptionist for the *rd person while we booke a room for * person so we paid ***dhm total while checking out on **thjan and we left hotel one day earlier because of this issues . i call goibibo customer support many times regarding thai issue and i am calling them since last * days but they are not responding to me at all and i have wasted lot of money for this trip doing nothing rather than calling goibibo,worst * days of holidays just bcoz of goibibo
