This is very unfortunate that I am writing against such a big travel company but it is fact that your company is not a customer centric and Failed to understand the pain of the customer who was standing on road with his family *-* hours and waiting for taxi which was booked by Go-ibibo. I checkout the hotel as per you booking confirmation and taxi arrival time as i was not aware that a big company like you can default on this. It is very small mistake in view of your company but I beared financial as well mental loss here...My daughter got fevered as she was continuously standing * hours. We booked a new taxi which was booked in Rs. *****/- instead of Rs.****/-. As our hotel Modi Inn (**/**/**** to **/**/****) was booked for two days by Go-ibibo and paid  Rs.***** in the name of Atin Bansal. But due to delay by you we lost one day payment which is around Rs.****/-. 

I am extremely gutted by your attitude and style of offering Rs.****/- as a cost of harassment and financial loss. if all my losses will not be paid by your company I will ***% suit a case in consumer court Delhi jurisdiction.

Mistakes: Date- **/**/****

*. Cab booking confirmation sent by you without alignment of driver or cab.

*. While speaking with customer care till *:** pm they were trying to assign a driver which is already late by * hours from its actual booking time of **:** pm.

*. Around * pm your representative called and said for cancellation of booking as your company failed to manage the driver.

*. * hour of waiting on road my family and me offered a very petty amount offered by your company against the harassment and financial loss.

* Financial loss is associated with one day hot booking loss and new taxi rent is very higher side as it was booked very late as you were failed and intimate us very late for unavailability and due to trust we have checkout the hotel so we have to take the expensive taxi to reach Dalhousie.

*. Risk involved of any mis happening can happen as we were standing with our luggage on road side.

I need my all the loss as compensation other wise will suit a legal case against your company in consuner court in your jurisdiction.
