Go Ibibio - Goibibo Not Refunding Money

I had to cancel my tickets with Indigo because the flights were rescheduled. However, I tried calling the customer support of Go Ibibo as the status of tickets was yet not canceled. But they have an automated machine that talks to you and no customer service. Their chatbot is also useless when I entered that 'canceled due to flight reschedule' they said there was no help they could offer. Now if they don't resolve this, I am going to escalate this issue in consumer court.
