My flight from Mumbai to Chennai was booked before lockdown and flight was cancelled by the airline during May **** so refund was highligted in December **** and mentioned the amount will be reflected in account before ** Dec **** but till today not happened. No way we can approach customer care, the automated customer support does not work for the query raised.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
