Make My Trip - Horrible service

I booked a *nd international trip from MMT, as in the *st trip it was really a pleasant and soothing experience, but it turns out to be a nightmare for me, with numbers of flaws that I have to face during the trip made it a horrible experience
Coordination with vendors was my responsibility
if vendor is late by half an hour it was due to rain and traffic and if I who is new in the country is late by * minutes then driver will left us alone in a totally new country
I have to update them about my flight timing

The activity arranged by them was also such that they shared * tickets for an activity in universal and the ticket checker stopped me as the * tickets were identical, resulting in wastage of half an hour
