Hi.. i live in Mumbai but had booked an appointment with Urban Company for **nd June **** at ** noon in Kota. The professionals messages me that if she can come * pm. I called her and told her there is a reason I booked for ** noon. The professional’s name was Priya and she started arguing with me. She had no patience to even listen to me and called me “badtameez” and cancel the booking all by herself. Quite a rude behavior in a service industry. I have bee.n booking urban company services in mumbai Baroda but never faced any issues. The professionals were so good. But this experience with Priya in Kota was a shocker.
