Ease my trip - Holiday package not delivered as promised

Hello Team,

I have booked a holiday package to Dubai from ease my trip with reference Id QRYINTHOL**DEC******.
I arrived dubai on **th January ****. I had a cruz dinner planned on **th evening at *-*.** PM as per tour plans. I reached dubai airport at * PM then reached hotel at *.** PM after following immigration.
But suddenly as tour planner changed pickup timing for Cruz dinner from *-*.** PM to *-*.**PM.
As I have reached hotel just from travel so hence I needed to process formalities at hotel reception then went to room. In these events my tour planner left me saying you are delaying. But as agreed earlier my pickup was to between *-*.** PM. But your planner suddenly changed the timing with out my consent. As I already paid they did not reschedule this event again neither gave me refund.

Please assist me on getting my refund for the event i did not participate but paid.
