Good day Sir,
Hope you are doing fine.
Please be advised , I am drafting this complaint with reference to non action of the service representatives on this prolonged issue regarding the home appliance as appended. Saving this reputation for Samsung i was legally advised to bring forward this issue before going to the consumer /social platforms.

Please be advised , I had purchased a Samsung Converter Freezer MODEL RT**K****RZ/HL on ** may **** and has developed complications in start up and has been hardly used in my second home at Nallasopara East [India].
preliminary findings indicate PC Board at the rear section of the fridge has a technical issue.
I have tried contacting the customer support but no response has been received on this matter.
I Would kindly request your kind self to oblidge in guiding me how to deal with this matter as i am a senior citizen and in period of lockdown limitations for technical support ..............
This was the trailing emails made to the service reps where i have attached their responding auto generated fake engineer numbers where no response have been received from these contacts where false assurances have been made telephonic ally[ which has been voice recorded as a proof namely some dubious names such as Mr Dube, Vishwakarma, from Nallasopara branch informed my Mrs Rekha as below :-
Dear Customer, engineer PRINCE KUMAR, Mob: ***** ***** has been assigned for your Service **********. Due to restricted movement service might take longer than usual.

On reciept of these message according action was undertaken to contact the Synergy Enterprises which was found to be fake number. On reporting the matter to the customer service another number Mr Dube [+************] was given by Mrs Rekha via phone number [+*************] and Mr Dube was contacted where he assured he was staying in Virar and will come to Nallasopara by **:**LT/**Oct. However the individual did not turn up and was called subsequently where he was cutting the phone calls. On making a final call at **:**LT/** Oct. He [Dube] informed he was atttending a meeting and somebody else will come. Mr Ankleshwar [+** **********]
On persistent phone calls , the individual picked up the phone saying he will arrive in ** minutes but to no avail .
A call was made to Mr Azad on the service desk representative at Nallasopara office, the individual was rude and speaking in a vague manner quoting the office is busy in a meeting since **** hours and have no time to attend any service complaints and further replied in a un-professional manner of a Samsung rep to go ahead and complain to any higher organisation of India.
Sir , with a heavy heart , im disgusted with the way the representatives are functioning having no regard for Senior citizens and i suspect to be involved in repairing other home appliances under the name of Samsung under private payment which cannot be overruled.
Sir, the so called service representatives have also denied to disclose their office address at Nallasopara[East] and possession of Samsung identity cards which is to be investigated by competent authorities at your Office HQ.
In view of the above , it is requested that your kind self be obliged to investigate this matter which is first time come up by myself having ** service appliances with Samsung at Borivali west and second home at Nallasopara East.
Thanking you in Anticipation and hoping this matter is not diluted
which is a most disgraceful show by Samsung India for this service complaint ********* in a country like India.
