I did a booking In Hotel Hamza International in Kolkata on **-**-**** at around *:** PM from OYO app which I paid Rs. *** online. After reaching to the Hotel, I was asked to pay extra *** to him, he said, in this amount they would not allow me check in.
I decided to call OYO and I reported the case to them, which I was asked to hold the line but even after holding my call for *-* minutes, I didn't get any update from them and they hang up my call. Again I called them but faced the same problem for *-* times. May be OYO don't want to help me. I tried my best not to pay the extra charges. But I didn't get any support from OYO and I had to pay *** for no reason.
I am very disappointed with OYO service. Need to improve their service. Need to know how to solve issues. From next time I will not use OYO.
