- GTPL internet gets stopped after every 2 to 3 days and multiple times in a day Open
I have been a GTPL broadband customer for more than * years and still. At the time of new connection for a few months the internet was running quite good but after that every *th-*th day the internet got stopped working. All this continued till my validity of ** months package. I had visited & complained to their Valsad office and also to customer care numerous time for every each new complaint, but none of the action had been taken till date nor any of their technicians visited. In ** months of the package in total, their internet was dead for more than * months. Also, they didn't provide me with the refund nor they extended my internet. Now, again I renewed their plan last month and the same situation facing now till date. It has been * days the internet has not been working and after every *-* days, the internet gets dead. They also didn't respond to my calls nor they send their technicians and also didn't allow to refund my money back. I am being mentally harassed with their service from more than * years and the same continues. GTPL has no value for their customers. I have never seen this level of pathetic poor customer support in my life.
