I had visited to one of Lenskart outlet on **.**.**** to buy Sunglasses at Hennur Cross, Bangalore ******, the representatives said there is an offer if you buy one Sunglasses at ****/- and Pay ***/- extra for Lenskart membership so I get one more Sunglasses as free, I agreed. while billing they are putting GST on MRP (****/-), I agreed. Now they are charging the GST on Membership amount also. I denied and spoke to store manager, gentle lady spoke to their area/zone manager, however the the solution was that they charge. It is purely unfair, If you want to extra, increase in Membership amount but on this you are not supposed to charge. hope this query gets some solution as nobody is concern about customer and the these big companies are putting whatever charges they want to. my contact details are as below **********
