On **th I ordered Grocery worth rs ****.**, my order id is ***-*******-*******, dtd **th July ****. Location is Bengaluru, Karnataka.
On **th july i got the message that grocery order has been delivered but i had not received any item. Then immediately I requested Amazon customer support and inform them about the issue that I have not received the grocery order but in your tracking page its showing delivered.
Then they told me that wait till ** hours or till **th july your order will be delivered and we raised the request of investigation.
On **th July after lots of call and chat and mail with Amazon Customer Support they informed me that we have investigated the issue and as per our investigation order has been delivered. I asked them to give delivery person number and ask him to come to me and tell me to whom he handover the order and there was no any call from delivery person and there was no any OTP shared with us to give at the time of order receipt, all the things I asked to Amazon but their customer support totally denied to accept the things even denied to give delivery person number and denied to issue any refund and cut the call..
Then I realized that Amazon has zero respect towards their customers and they are not responsible for anything, till now I have not received my order and they are denying for refund also.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
