- Got Wrong Product Open
I got cheated by Amazon for **k. Couple of days before I've ordered Sony WH-****XM (premium category headphones). I've got delivery on **th November **** when I checked the package the product I got was completely different from what I've ordered. They send me some quality headphones from different brand. I've created return and they have initiated enquiry for the product. Again follow-up on **th November but didn't get any resolution. Today (**th November) when I give call for the follow-up the Manager/executive told me we can't help you with this issue. Please help me with this.
