Amazon India - Got Defective Product

This is in regard to the brand new OnePlus TV U Series ** U*S. I bought the tv OnePlus TV U Series ** U*S on ** September and it was delivered to me on ** September **** (from Amazon). The installation was done on ** September **** the television was working fine at the time of installation. Tv order id is ***-*******-*******. However, on the *th of September, the tv screen was flickering and a black screen is showing. Immediately I requested service (as the replacement window closed on the *th) but haven't received any response neither from oneplus or amazon. I am extremely disappointed by this purchase and expect to get refund of the television at the earliest. I tried to reach oneplus but they also . Amazon said that this matter is not up to them so I should contact the brand directly. Again and again, a false commitment was made. From *th October **** amazon keeps on saying that the matter will be resolved within ** hours. Now I want a refund, not a service or any replacement. I think they send a refurbished product in the name of a brand-new one. This causes much mental harassment.
