I purchased the Sketchers shoes from PayTM Mall on **th December. I got the delivery on **nd of December. As the Product was damaged, sole of shoes were damaged. I have raised the replacement request of shoes on **th December. I got the message your replacement will be done by *th Jan. But still have not picked up the damage product and no replacement has been done till date.
There are no on phone customer care support by PayTM, they claim that ** by * support but it's useless and pathetic.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
