I was promised delivery of my luggage on *rd May in Hyderabad after they are picked on *st May from Bangalore. I have planned accordingly with my family including a toddler and reached Hyderabad. I didn't receive the goods on time in spite of waiting whole day. Also, there no proactive communication that it won't be delivered on *rd. On constant calling, I was promised that it will be delivered at the end of the day on *th which didn't happen as well. And even on *th, no proactive communication at all. I ended up spending thousands per day along with the pain we had to undergo all in my family including a small kid which is very very unfair. The least they could have done is, at least call proactively rather than me chasing every half of the day and the customer care number spending * hour per day. Not even once they kept their promise or provided a proactive communication.
