Goibibo Booking ID: NSGO****S - I have not received the refund
Dear Sir/Madam,
I had bought tickets along with cancellation insurance cover on December, and cancelled the travel on March **. Goibibo confirmed the refund amount as attached here. I have inquired with the SpiceJet and they have confirmed that they have refunded the money to Goibibo on March ** itself. But, I am yet to receive the refund in my credit card. The email from the SpiceJet airlines is also attached here.
Along with that, I had purchased the ADD-ONs additionally from the SpiceJet website using my credit card. The SpiceJet has also confirmed that they have refunded the additional amount also to Goibibo.
Hence I should get refund of total Rs. **,*** (tickets) + Rs. **** (ADD-ONs) = Rs. **,***.
It has been more than a month now. I have tried the support option in their website, email, Facebook plus customer care number multiple times during these days. None of them work at all.
From their responses in Facebook it is apparent that they are trying to steal the money.
