I had booked a bus ticket from nagpur to jabalpur journey date ** April **** in sukheja bus. PNR was ***TA*DA.
THE BUS WAS CANCELLED THAT DAY AT THEIR LEVEL ONLY. HOWEVER GOIBIBO HAS NOT TAKEN ANY ACTION AND STATUS IS SHOWING THAT MATTER HAS BEEN RESOLVED.
I HAVE NOT GOT THE REFUNDED AMOUNT.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
